Meet our founder
Before becoming the Founder and Chief Learning Architect at Just Ninety, Andrew Lawson was already one of Australia’s most in demand short course trainers.
Then came March 2020 and Covid-19 lockdowns. Cue: a flood of client cancellations and a meticulously built six-month training pipeline vanished overnight.
After a weekend of pacing (and possibly wine), Andrew made a counter offer: “We’ll move your training online. Any platform. We’ll even redesign it for free.”
Clients said yes. Just Ninety was born.
But while others were using their old face-to-face session materials on Zoom, Andrew built something smarter: evidence based bite-sized learning workshops designed for the modern workplace.
Today, L&D teams around the world use Just Ninety to drive organisational performance, and prove that great training doesn’t need to feel like an 8 hour hostage situation to be effective.
